Being a legacy app and with their growing subscriber base, Mobily needed to stabilize and revamp their design to match the scalability of operations and customer base.
Mobily is recognized by GSM World Association as the fastest growing operator in the Middle East and North Africa region. To meet the rapidly growing demand and to accelerate global and societal transformation process, Mobily recognized the need to update their app to attract and retain users.

Mind mapping of the KPIs was done to structure, analyze and synthesize information, and increase tech performance.
We addressed the flaws in code, logic implementation for better data handling algorithm, streamlining crash reports and documentation. We synced with Mobily’s tech and dev team on ways to incorporate agile technology to increase performance and build a secure architecture.
For the visual performance of the app, we used light shades of blue with the minimum possible number of additional colours to create a clean and accurate appearance of the app.
We maximized the convenience via smart UX and made the navigation system intuitive. This contributed to their metrics like stickiness, retention rate and increased engagement on their digital platforms.
We streamlined the fragmented documents and scattered pieces of information by creating a software document that laid the framework and specifications of the product.
This minimized the time and effort required by developers to achieve desired goals and bridged the gap between design and development. The document was an overview of the product, its parameters, goals, target audience, user interface, hardware and software requirements.
