makes yoga fun and approachable for all, breaking across the barriers of age. WHAT WE DID
Outsourced CTO
Spread across 40+ cities with 90+ yoga studios, Sarva needed to automate their processes for smooth and synchronized functioning.
SARVA made doodleblue their virtual CTO, who could lead them in terms of technology and digital innovations. This included R&D, choice of technology, embracing innovation, agile process, and implementing rapid prototyping, to integrate and align perspectives around common business priorities.
Conducted competitor analysis for SARVA, to find out the market trends and adoption that helped competitors in their success.
Based on the user demographics, target audience, their behaviours and key metrics, we defined product innovation guidelines.
Aligned with their business objectives, we created a robust roadmap that clearly defined their technical needs which helped SARVA focus on their corporate vision and strategic initiatives.
As Sarva’s CTO we collaborate with different verticals within the organization to identify opportunities and risks for the business, manage research and development (R&D), monitor technology and social trends ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely.
We ideate, create new digital B2C products, design the product, prototype and develop a product that would catapult Sarva into the digital space. We build products to help them visualize the idea by quick wireframes and prototypes that are problem-solution fit, product-market fit and distribution-conversion fit.
We incorporated document management, contact management and made internal communication process easy. This automation became the knowledge management hub of SARVA – a go to place for all important documents, communication and contacts related to the company.
Keeping employees up to date with corporate events, industry seminars and conferences as well as key dates and deadlines was made easy with an events calendar. Manager just need to upload information to the intranet’s events calendar rather than notifying everyone in an all-employee email every time an event or deadline is added to the corporate diary.
This was a cloud-based dashboard that could be deployed and maintained on multiple devices. Some of the features of the dashboard included customization, drag-and-drop interface, data blending and data drill down.
All these various business process automation is integrated to a master dashboard which can be accessed by the super admin. This integration allowed the super admin to overview all their business automation under the same umbrella, instead of having multiple access for each platform.
We were actively looking for a CTO to hire into the system and figure out our entire digital transformation. I must tell you that I am not sure about even if I had a full-time CTO, I would have had somebody like doodleblue.
